REQUIRES BIBO+ TO WORK

A flouncy outfit including dress, hat, fishnet layered leggings, and boots. All fully dyeable and fitted around bibo+ medium. There is some clipping with the layers of the skirt when running and the hat with some hairs. Hat does not work on Viera (I'm so sorry!)
